Do I have to bring a valid photo ID?

Yes, all parties must present a valid photo ID at closing. I.e., driver's license, passport, or military ID.

Can I pay my closing costs with a credit card?

No, all funds must be in the form of a wire transfer or cashier's check.

Can I sign remotely if I don't live in the area & can't make it to closing?

Yes, you can sign remotely but would need to speak with your escrow officer.
